Dear Prospective Offeror:

Subject: Solicitation number S-BE200-09-Q-0041 (click here) – supply and delivery of heating fuel.

The Embassy of the United States of America invites you to submit a quotation for supply and delivery of heating oil to U.S. Embassy buildings and residences located in the Brussels area.  
Your quotation must be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed to the American Embassy, Sterling Michols – Contracting Officer, Boulevard du Regent 27, 1000 Brussels on or before 16:00 hours on October 20, 2009. Please indicate Solicitation number  S-BE200-09-Q-0041 on the envelope.  No quotation will be accepted after this time.

In order for a quotation to be considered, you must also complete and submit the following:
1. SF-1449
2. Section 1, Block 23
3. Section 5, Representations and Certifications;
4. Additional information as required in Section 4, Evaluation Factors.
